Raspberry Caramilk Baked (not) Oats

We have the most amazing fans here at Bask & Co. I have been watching Bek share her baked (not) oats recipes for months and I just had to ask her to share one with us. Give her a follow on Instagram at @wellness_with_bek for some incredible ways to use our Gluten Free Porridge!

 

Raspberry Caramilk Baked (not) Oats:

Ingredients:

45g Gluten Free Porridge

20g Vanilla or Salted Caramel Protein Powder

1/4 cup Apple Purée or 1/2 Banana 

1/2 cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice) 

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Handful of chopped Raspberries

Cadbury Caramilk Baking Chips

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients together except Raspberries & Choc Chips

  2. Add mixture to ramekin 

  3. Mix in Raspberries & Choc Chips

  4. Top with extra Raspberries & Choc Chips

  5. Bake at 180 for 20 mins

  6. Serve with a scoop of Yoghurt

  7. Enjoy!
