How it all began
Bask & Co. was founded in 2016 by Janessa Rutter. She was working as a gluten free & refined sugar free recipe developer on Instagram and created an incredible granola recipe which all of her family and friends fell in love with! (The Almond & Coconut.)
Bask & Co. On The Go Granola Bars were launched in June 2022 after discovering that lots people were enjoying our granola clusters straight out of the bag as a snack! They are the perfect size to pop in your bag or pocket and enjoy when you are out and about and feeling peckish.
Our Gluten Free Porridge is the latest addition to our range. Launched in May 2023 - it is a recipe that Janessa has been perfecting for years and she finally decided to release it into the wild. It has quickly become one of our best sellers.
In 2024 Janessa made the move to have all of the Bask & Co range Endorsed by Coeliac Australia. This was an incredibly proud moment and she is so grateful for the Coeliac Community in Australia for being such strong, loyal followers of Bask & Co.

So what makes our products special?
At Bask & Co. we like to bend the rules - Our Gluten Free Granola is unlike anything else on the market. They taste like cookies with a chewy texture and are created from a base of almonds, dried dates and coconut. They are 100% oat and gluten free, always.
Our 'On The Go' Granola Bars are made with the same great ingredients as the clusters but have a softer texture. They are a fantastic option for a variety of dietary requirements.
Our Gluten Free Porridge is a sensational oat replacement for coeliacs. It can be cooked just the same way and is a great base for all of your favourite toppings.
Everything we create is produced in a 100% Gluten Free Facility and is Endorsed by Coeliac Australia, so you can enjoy our products knowing they are always safe.
